Work
My photography focuses on the ephemeral gesture of the moment created by lighting and scene. I enjoy painting & customizing dolls and creating props, clothing and scenes for photography settings.In my photography I do use filters and minor post edit effects but try to keep the image of the dolls as honest as possible to to showcase their inherent beauty. I do not doctor images to remove joints because I believe the joints are beautiful feats of design and sculpture.You'll see in my photos that I love taking my time and getting them to stand on their own if at all possible. Having them stand and pose unassisted is a hallmark of my work.⚘

I’ve been collecting dolls for over a decade. For my photographs I work with a specific kind of doll that is quite large- some are over 23 inches in height! These dolls make wonderful models as they utilize internal stringing and ball joints for beautiful posing.⚘Thank you!⚘My interests are:
